Fried chicken, oh why are you so irresistible?

















Ingredients:
6 pieces chicken thigh fillet
4 eggs
Plain flour
Salt (to taste)
White pepper (to taste)
Panko breadcrumbs
Oil for frying

Protocol: 
  1. Heat about 1/2 cup oil in pan
  2. Season flour with salt and white pepper (to your own liking)
  3. Coat chicken pieces in the following order: flour, egg, flour, egg, Panko breadcrumbs
  4. Fry crumbed chicken fillets in oil until golden brown on both sides
  5. Allow chicken to rest on wire rack (the heat will continue to cook the chicken inside)
