Fried chicken, oh why are you so irresistible?
Ingredients:
6 pieces chicken thigh fillet
4 eggs
Plain flour
Salt (to taste)
White pepper (to taste)
Panko breadcrumbs
Oil for frying
Protocol:
- Heat about 1/2 cup oil in pan
- Season flour with salt and white pepper (to your own liking)
- Coat chicken pieces in the following order: flour, egg, flour, egg, Panko breadcrumbs
- Fry crumbed chicken fillets in oil until golden brown on both sides
- Allow chicken to rest on wire rack (the heat will continue to cook the chicken inside)
